Kaspr, a dynamic SaaS company and part of the globally expanding Cognism Group, is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager. Our tool, a Google Chrome extension, empowers salespeople, recruiters, and marketers by extracting contact details from identified LinkedIn profiles.

As our Engineering Manager, you will not only oversee our technical team and contribute to workflow organization, but also cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with our engineers. Your role includes regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, set expectations, and develop a mutual understanding of organizational context and individual working styles. By efficiently resolving issues and supporting the team, you will foster a high-performance culture. Moreover, you will also play an instrumental role in the career growth of our team members by aligning challenging, impactful work with their skills and interests, and providing opportunities to demonstrate readiness for promotion.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our technical team, facilitating skill enhancement and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with engineers, setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.
• Develop a two-way feedback loop to share wider organizational context and understand each engineer's unique working style.
• Support engineers in issue resolution and drive best development practices within the team.
• Actively contribute to the career growth of team members by aligning their skills with impactful work.
• Oversee project management for our technology roadmaps, applying Scrum methodology in coordination with our Product Manager.
• Liaise with Kaspr’s CTO and the Cognism Group to shape our technical strategy and foster technical advancement.

• Proven experience in managing and growing technical teams, including recruitment and training responsibilities (min 5 years).
• Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, RabbitMQ.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Scrum project management methodology.
• Excellent understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
