We are looking for an entry-level Junior Data Researcher in our Skopje, Macedonia office. This position is critical in ensuring Cognism’s data is relevant and up-to-date.

The Role:
The Data Operations team is in charge of researching the companies and contacts that Cognism provides for the clients in the US, UK and Europe. Using a combination of Cognism’s database and online sources, the team is responsible for executing a playbook process to ensure top quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Research Companies in the US, UK and Europe to maintain and expand Cognism’s database.
• Identify the people at the companies and confirm their contact details via Cognism’s verification processes.
• Work towards deadlines and targets to ensure the monthly quota is met.
• Be proactive in your approach to learning.
• Lead efforts in building sustainable processes and procedures
• Establish a trusting relationship with key stakeholders
• Maintain positive mind-set irrespective of any challenging situations

• Microsoft Excel Experience
• Strong communication skills in English
