About the Role:

This role will be working with the Talent Acquisition team and will be integral to the success of global recruitment goals. It’s an important position in the company, as you provide the first impression of our employer brand. We are looking for a fast-paced professional who has exceptional organisational skills and enjoys multi-tasking. The successful candidate will be proactive, a team player and someone who has a desire to help people develop their careers. This will be a hybrid role, with the expectation to visit our office in Skopje, at least 2-3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries and building rapport with both the hiring teams and external candidates.
  • Creating job adverts, posting & removing job adverts from our Application Tracking System (ATS), job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure that pipelines are always organised in the Application Tracking System (ATS) and interviews are booked in a timely manner, whilst navigating conflicting diaries.
  • Ensure the interview process runs seamlessly for all candidates and hiring managers, both online and in person, as required.
  • Champion our employee referral process & ensure HR are made aware of any owed bonus payments.
  • Support with reporting and analytics, e.g., time to fill, offers stats etc.
  • Help create and implement process improvements, initiatives and systems where required.
  • Act as an ambassador and role model for our best practices globally.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, when needed.
  • Complete project work and ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Articulate, with confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assisting the team to build our employer brand.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to take ownership over all work.

  • IT skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Ability to learn and adopt new IT systems as required.
