The Role;

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for developing and executing the company's financial planning and analysis initiatives. The Manager will work closely with the VP of FP&A, other senior executives, and business unit leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Responsibilities;

  • Develop and implement the company's financial planning and analysis process
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
  • Help to build out an FP&A team and ensure that they are aligned with the company's strategic goals
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors
  • Work with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and timely
  • Stay up-to-date on financial trends and best practices

Requirements;

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Previous SaaS experience would be a postive
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous Pigment experience would be a benefit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
