The Role;
The Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for developing and executing the company's financial planning and analysis initiatives. The Manager will work closely with the VP of FP&A, other senior executives, and business unit leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement the company's financial planning and analysis process
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Help to build out an FP&A team and ensure that they are aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors
- Work with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and timely
- Stay up-to-date on financial trends and best practices
Requirements;
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Previous SaaS experience would be a postive
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous Pigment experience would be a benefit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
