Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the paid media strategy and channels to scale operations in the France and DACH regions. The ideal candidate will have direct hands-on experience in building, managing, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Facebook.

Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable, particularly SaaS.

French + German skills would be another asset but not strrictly required for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.Manage, optimise, and scale paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Facebook.

Experience using Looker Studio for detailed reporting and insights, ensuring data-driven decisions are at the core of all campaign strategies. Maintain direct communication with internal stakeholders, leading calls and presentations to discuss strategies, progress, and results. Continuously explore new platforms and technologies to enhance campaign performance to achieve growth.

Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and the ability to tailor campaigns to business audiences. Proven experience in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook. Proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead internal calls and discussions. A team player with a positive attitude, capable of working in a close-knit environment and contributing to a collaborative team culture. A self-starter who can take ownership of projects and drive results.

The Role

  • Day to day budget management
  • Campaign reporting and analysis
  • Insights/ knowledge sharing
  • New campaign creation including ad copy/creative optimisation
  • Audience segmentation and targeting
  • Managing day-to-day digital marketing operations (e.g. removing filters, changing bid strategies etc.) across all paid advertising channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Google, Meta and Youtube; and reporting on these channels.
  • Creating (and then automating) campaign reports.
  • Collaborating with our Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to improve the quality and consistency of the campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Ad Platform certifications
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads or Programmatic Display.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organisation.
  • Demand generation mindset, ensuring we provide value for our prospects.
  • Experience with any of the analytics tools would be beneficial: Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, Metadata, Cognism Prospector
  • Analytical, experimental, and data-driven mindset; this is certainly not one of those placeholder requirements.
  • You are energised by opportunities to learn and adopt new strategies and tactics; you are active in online communities; and you love asking tough questions.
  • You have at least one favourite marketing tool that you can’t work without.

Note: This role is Hybrid and requires attendance of a London bridge based office on a weekly basis.
