Your Role:

Reporting to the HR Director, we are seeking an HR Business Partner to provide support to our Engineering and Product teams.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to drive growth by executing people strategies across the entire employee lifecycle in technical teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with tech leaders and employees to understand their needs, providing guidance and support across all areas of HR.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders to develop and implement tech-specific HR programs and initiatives aligned with our company’s values and Engineering & Product objectives.
  • Work closely with managers to identify and address performance gaps and development opportunities within the engineering team.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to engineering managers on people management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation matters.
  • Collaborate with our learning and development team to design and deliver technical training programs that enhance engineering skills and promote continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular engineering team engagement surveys and analyze the data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the annual performance review process for the tech teams, ensuring it is fair, objective, and aligned with our company's values and engineering objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations for the tech teams globally.

Our Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a progressive HR Business Partner for an Engineering/Product/Tech function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience executing (and ideally designing) change management, performance management, and leadership coaching.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills across different cultures and geographies.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to the engineering/tech function globally.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven decision-maker and pragmatic problem solver who can identify root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them.
  • Experience collaborating in a matrixed environment and driving consensus and momentum among a large set of stakeholders.
  • Commitment to valuing diversity and fostering an inclusive environment.
