The Role:

We're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media Executive) with at least 6 months of relevant agency or in-platform experience, ideally in SaaS.

You should have at least one year of experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic Display, where you've planned, managed, and executed performance marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with at least one platform, staying updated with the latest industry trends, and having a basic understanding of best practices will be key.

Your primary goal will be to maximize ROI for Cognism.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets on a day-to-day basis.
  • Report on and analyze campaign performance.
  • Share insights and knowledge with the team.
  • Create new campaigns, including ad copy and creative optimization.
  • Segment and target audiences effectively.
  • Handle day-to-day digital marketing operations (e.g., removing filters, changing bid strategies, etc.) across all paid advertising channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube; and report on these channels.
  • Create and then automate campaign reports.
  • Collaborate with our Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to improve the quality and consistency of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Programmatic Display.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • A demand generation mindset, ensuring you provide value for our prospects.
  • Experience with any of the following analytics tools would be beneficial: Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, Metadata, Cognism Prospector.
  • An analytical, experimental, and data-driven mindset; this is certainly not just a placeholder requirement.
  • You're energized by opportunities to learn and adopt new strategies and tactics; you're active in online communities and love asking tough questions.
  • You have at least one favorite marketing tool that you can’t work without.
