The Role:

Cognism is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join us in our London office. This is a hybrid role, where the successful candidate must be willing to attend the office 2-3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting the compliance team with day-to-day operations;

· Responding to customers’ questions and questionnaires on compliance matters;

· Assisting in responding to data subject access requests with our Data and Compliance teams;

· Conducting due diligence on key third party vendors and partners;

· Drafting compliance template documents and conducting research on compliance topics;

· Onboarding and offboarding employees and ensuring that all Cognism employees complete relevant security and compliance trainings.

· Assisting with Cognism’s ISO 27001/27701 and SOC2 audits and keeping adequate records and evidence.

Requirements Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

· 1 year or + experience in a compliance role.

· Understanding of GDPR, CCPA and data privacy regulations.

· Knowledge on information security matters (including e.g, ISO 27001/27701, SOC2, Cyber-essentials).

· Experience working in a tech company/start up, in a fast-paced environment.
