We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Product Operation Manager. As a member of team, you will have the chance to be involved in groundbreaking projects and create impactful products using the most advanced state-of-the-art technologies.

Job Overview:

As a Product Operations, you will be an important member of our international product organization and work on some of our most impactful forward-looking initiatives, driving the planning and delivery of our product portfolio from vision to launch. You will support the entire product management process end to end, developing and executing scalable programs and operational processes that can be applied to any challenge, task, or opportunity.

Your main responsibility will be to oversee and optimize the operations of our product. This role involves coordinating various activities from strategy to execution, ensuring efficient process, timely delivery of high-quality content and accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Program management, Processes and Tools Implementation

  • Improve product delivery, execution and processes
  • Work with the PM team and the management to create KPIs and OKRs
  • Oversee roadmap and sprint planning and execution, creating timelines and action items
  • Ensure the creation of all relevant materials for planning.
  • Measure operational efficiency and ensure user story readiness before pre-planning.
  • Track progress against success metrics and ensure timely delivery.
  • Raise flags when necessary.
  • Implement and manage tools like ProductBoard and Asana to streamline operations
  • Implement A/B testing tools and ensure every feature impact is measurable.
  • Lead post program analysis to guide future programs

Product content operation

  • Coordinate and manage presenter shooting sessions.
  • Develop and manage content templates for consistency and efficiency.

3rd Party Analysis and Contracts

  • Conduct third-party due dilligence and manage contracts.

Communication

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Develop and communicate kick-off and launch plans.

Feature Audits and Training

  • Conduct pre-release and post-production feature audits.
  • Train internal stakeholders and manage customer feedback through surveys and interviews.

Data Management

  • Work with the Data team to analyze product data and ensure PMs have the necessary information and insights.
  • Manage data deliverables for investor presentations and company meetings.

Customer Implementation and Support

  • Ensure all customer service (CS) requirements are logged, prioritized and considered for sprints.
  • Automate CS to PM bug collection and verify severity.
