Your mission
We're in search of a talented and forward-thinking Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist (CRO) to join our team at deskbird, a leading SaaS company revolutionising the management of hybrid work challenges for businesses worldwide. This role offers an exhilarating opportunity to drive impactful changes in lead generation, optimise user experiences, and significantly enhance ROI in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role you will
  • Conceptualise and execute projects aimed at improving lead generation metrics such as demo bookings and content downloads, while simultaneously enhancing ROAS through data analysis and strategic development.
  • Optimise the user journey and acquisition funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from awareness to action for potential customers.
  • Conduct A/B testing, establish KPIs, and deliver comprehensive and understandable reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments including marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer journey experience.
What you need to be successful
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in conversion optimisation or related performance marketing fields, preferably within a dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Google tools such as Search Console, Analytics, and Ads, along with familiarity with testing tools like Convert. Experience with Webflow is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • A passion for working with analytics, data, statistics, as well as UX and behavioral psychology principles.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a keen interest in understanding and addressing prospect and customer pain points through active listening and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the product, enabling you to craft compelling USPs, benefits, and messaging for landing pages.
