We're on the hunt for a (Senior) Sales Development Representative International to join our dynamic team. In this role you will
  • First Impressions Matter: You will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, utilizing your active, confident, and friendly communication style to establish relationships with decision-makers.
  • Solution-oriented approach: Act as a consultant to potential International customers, identify their current challenges and help them to understand how deskbird can support them working better in the future.
  • Proactive lead generation: You'll proactively research and identify new customers, developing personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the UK and International European market.
  • Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of a motivated and ambitious team, sharing best practices and providing support to your Sales Development and Account Executive teammates.
What you need to be successful
  • Market Insight: An interest in the UK and International European market, preferably with prior experience.
  • Sales Acumen: Previous exposure to Sales, particularly in a B2B context, such as internships or working student roles in Sales
  • Tech Enthusiasm: A genuine enthusiasm for software products and the ability to effectively work with them.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills with near to native written and spoken English (C2 level)
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably within the SaaS realm.
  • Experience in cold-calling and cadence/sequence building.
