Your mission
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist ready to make an impact with our leading SaaS solution. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Experience team and contribute to its success. In this dynamic role, you will maintain close communication with customers to boost their engagement and satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in empowering our customers to become product experts by delivering the right information effectively and at scale.
In this role you will
  • Assist customers with a variety of inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Enhance the customer experience by promoting the value of our product through exceptional service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, continuously seeking ways to improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Account Management and Engineering teams to handle complex issues.
  • Extend our internal and external knowledge-sharing base.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, fostering communication and contributing to product development.
What you need to be successful
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B customer service or support, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Near-native fluency in German (both written and spoken), coupled with strong proficiency in English.
  • Highly empathetic, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong service orientation, consistently prioritising customer needs.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
