We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionately consumer centric to join our team. You’ll work closely with our B2C marketing lead and be joining a multi-disciplined, collaborative team. You’ll get incredible exposure to every aspect of the marketing mix.

The team you will work in consists of 15 marketing professionals across, B2C, B2B and International markets. We pride ourselves on a strong team dynamic, and positive culture, where everyone feels empowered and supported in both their work and personal lives.

You will work across all our business units gaining experience in both start-up and scale-up environments - Florence social care which is a scale-up, Academy, NHS, Social Care, which are early stage start-ups. You will work closely with product teams on go to market strategies and execution.

This role will work closely and collaboratively alongside the Head of Marketing to input into strategy, implement tactics, and manage ongoing optimisation of marketing campaigns, from email journeys, CRM management, website & landing pages and marketing materials, all with the aid of consumer research.

You must be a well rounded, hands on marketer ready to hit the ground running and able to self-manage. Florence is fast moving so you need to enjoy the challenges and opportunity that comes with ambiguity and change. The role is about moving efficiently, with integrity, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and an unwavering consumer focus. You need to be ready and comfortable with growing and mature alongside the business.

The B2C team is ultimately the advocate and voice for healthcare professionals in the face of competing demands across the business. You should be comfortable with stakeholder management; voicing your opinions with different teams and levels of seniority (although we operate as flatly as possible as an organisation). This is alongside balancing the needs of the consumer with our ambitious growth targets.

  • Campaign planning + management - Own, write, create and launch compelling digital & email campaigns to aid acquisition and retention
  • Product marketing - Work closely with Product teams on go to market strategies and execution.
  • CRM - Build workflows that nurture leads & prospects, as well as retention campaigns for new business
  • Paid advertising - Fluency in this channel is extremely desirable. You will work closely with our performance marketing manager to optimise campaigns - you should have an excellent knowledge of PPC.
  • Website - Partner with our content marketing team to make website updates and optimisations.
  • Copywriting - Including the monthly newsletter and crafting email campaigns, alongside the support of the content team.
  • Reporting - Ability to pull together reporting that tells a story and provides direction from multiple sources.
  • Setting objectives - work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and track quarterly objectives.
  • Communication - Great at building relationships with stakeholders and teams - Your communication is second to none - working across teams and projects is second nature to you.
  • Project and time management - Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. You easily move between projects and manage your time well
  • Self-directed - able to set priorities, make a plan and stick to it.
  • Attention to detail - strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Adaptability - For you ambiguity and change is opportunity, not a barrier
  • Qualifications - Ideally have a marketing degree or other marketing qualification. Mini-MBA in marketing - is highly desirable.
  • Software - Looker, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce - experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience - 3-5 years in a recruitment setting, start-up or scale-up, or a fast paced environment desirable.
