Key Responsibilities

Candidate Acquisition:

  • Utilise proven recruitment strategies, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach, to source and attract top healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland.
  • Onboard Northern Ireland Nurses, Senior Carers and Carers in adherence to company policies and Northern Ireland healthcare regulations.
  • Meet or exceed established candidate acquisition targets and earn commission-based incentives.

Compliance Management:

  • Identify and address any compliance issues, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement within the Northern Ireland onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the Candidate Team Lead and the governance team to implement those processes and optimise Northern Ireland onboarding procedures.
  • Keep the Northern Ireland "onboarding and compliance" portal up-to-date with product changes, governance requests, and process updates.
  • Stay informed about company policies, Northern Ireland healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new compliance standards.

Other:

  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to Candidate Managers to improve their compliance and quality, and ensure cover for your onboarding responsibilities whilst on leave.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the Northern Ireland candidate acquisition and onboarding processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 2 years experience in operations within either a start-up, or in the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland (NI), with a track record of success using Indeed, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. We’re looking for a results-oriented and proactive individual.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Interest in technology-driven solutions for enhancing customer experiences.
