This role:

This isn’t just any digital marketing role.

We’re looking for a dynamic digital marketing expert who can own the digital landscape and care deeply about every part of our marketing funnel. As a marketplace, we need someone who excels in both demand and supply-side marketing, thrives on analysis, and continuously seeks improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound leads, creating demand, and nurturing prospects through the pipeline until they are fully qualified, using tools like Hubspot and Customer.io.
  • Digital Acquisition: Handle all direct-to-consumer digital acquisition across Google, Meta, and job boards with a budget of £30-50k per month in three global markets.
  • B2B Demand Generation: Develop and manage innovative online B2B demand generation strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis for multiple stakeholders.
  • Metrics Mastery: Track and report key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Produce and manage marketing budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and develop a team as needed.
  • Website & Tech Stack Ownership: Oversee website performance and the marketing tech stack, including WordPress, Hubspot, GA4, Looker, Instapage, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to broader marketing strategies including content planning, channel selection, customer engagement, influencer partnerships, and brand marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing all-star: Switch seamlessly between D2C and B2B marketing, supporting sales pipelines, and candidate communications.

  • Language: Native-level English proficiency; French is a plus but not required.
