We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Inbound Marketing Specialist to amplify our brand's footprint. You'll spearhead our content strategy, craft conversion-optimized campaigns, and forge collaborations to align with ForceManager’s ambitious OKRs. And here's the fun part – leverage state-of-the-art AI tools, including OpenAI's ChatGPT, to elevate your lead generation campaigns and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a strong passion for excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating high-quality content across multiple formats (blog posts, ebooks, videos, webinars, case studies, newsletters, etc.)
  • Managing and growing our social media presence.
  • Managing and streamline the lead qualification process for both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Analyzing and evaluating the performance of inbound marketing, pay-per-click, and social media campaigns through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Maintaining an organized and up-to-date CRM system to facilitate efficient marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Design) to ensure content aligns with business objectives and to generate demand in-target.
  • Collaborating with external agencies or freelancers as needed to support content creation, SEO strategy and Pay-per click campaigns.
  • Working with influencers, customers, and partners to co-create marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting partner marketing initiatives through collaboration with ForceManager’s network of partners.

What qualifications will make you stand out?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing & Communication or a related field. You can be currently enrolled.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in Inbound Marketing, B2B ideally.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, as well as experience in running paid search and social ad campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a content portfolio to showcase – if you have used AI to produce it, this is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and design tools (e.g. Canva) or other AI-content generation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Wordtune, Midjourney…).
  • You are passionate about marketing, can thrive in a team environment, and aren't afraid to take a hands-on approach to your work.
  • Strong interest in AI tools, specifically OpenAI's ChatGPT with GPT-4, for content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Please note: This role is based in Barcelona and is not fully remote. It requires occasional in-office presence for meetings, webinars, and events. Although you can live outside of Barcelona your presence in the office might be required based on needs, there is no fixed amount of days you need to be compulsory at the office.
