At ForceManager, our mission is to ensure customer loyalty, enhance adoption, engagement, and growth. As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences and a key player in strengthening our relationships.

Your functions will be:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our SMB customers, helping them to achieve business value and ROI from their investment in ForceManager.
  • Ensure customersuccessful implementation and adoption based on each customer’s use case and needs, by becoming a subject-matter expert in ForceManager and sales processes.
  • Identify any internal or external risks that could impact in the implementation and growth opportunities to ensure expansion within your book of accounts, in order to maximize value for customers, as well as upsell and cross-sell
  • Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal datesand growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success.
  • Identify, develop and execute strategic internal improvements that impact on the the role’s efficiency.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 1-3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in a B2B SaaS.
  • Completely fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory. Other European languages will be highly valued (French, Italian and German).
  • Previous experience in upselling and cross-selling will be a plus.
  • Experience in working with a CRM and/or CSM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, Totango, Gainsight, etc) will be a plus

Please note: This role is based in Barcelona and is not fully remote. It requires occasional in-office presence for meetings, webinars, and events. Although you can live outside of Barcelona your presence in the office might be required based on needs, there is no fixed amount of days you need to be compulsory at the office.
