What you'll do
Futurae operates in financial services, insurance as well as the health sector with increasing exposure in other industries. In this position, you will be responsible for expanding Futurae's strategic partnerships with Financial Services Technology organizations. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are necessary. This is a hybrid role that combines market development, relationship management and revenue generation.

Responsibilities
- Identify, assess and investigate new partnership opportunities in line with the overall sales strategy
- Structure, Negotiate and obtain executive alignment with key partner executives and maintain long-term relations with strategic partners, ensuring continuous quality and motivation of partner organizations
- Manage the onboarding and knowledge transfer to enable our partners' sales and support teams
- Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Required Skills
- Proven success in leading strategic partnerships
- Expertise in developing business cases, financial analysis, and familiarity with legal agreements
- Experience in developing and executing long-term strategic partnership plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Bonus Points
- Experience with Identity and Access Management products and solutions
- Existing network to potential partners within the European market
- Additional languages such as German, French and Italian are a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in channel management or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven sales track record
