About the Role

At Geomiq, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated Supplier Quality Manager to become an integral part of our growing Supply Chain Intelligence team. As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing partners align their processes with the customer's design intent and verify system compliance with our end customer's requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Partners Qualification and Onboarding Processes Management:

• Develop and manage the qualification and onboarding processes for our manufacturing partners.
• Ensure that new suppliers meet the quality and performance standards required by Geomiq.

Manufacturing Partners Performance Management:

• Continuously monitor and assess the performance of our global manufacturing partners
• Work closely with the data team to analyse trends, make recommendations and implement scalable automations and solutions
• Implement performance improvement initiatives and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Supplier Audits and continuous feedback

Manufacturing Standards (MP Digital Guides) Creation and Deployment:

• Lead the creation of Manufacturing Partner (MP) Guides that outline the quality and process standards
• Ensure the successful deployment of these standards across our global supplier network

Quality Activities Ramp-up:

• Establish and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) including working to ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards
• Implement the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process to address and prevent quality issues

What Are We Looking For?

Experience Required:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is a must
• 2-3 years minimum of experience working as a Supply Chain Specialist or Quality Manager, demonstrating expertise in quality control and supplier management
• A strong interest and passion for engineering and the technology sector
• The ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness
• Strong independent work ethic with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
• Exceptional multitasking skills, capable of effectively managing and prioritising multiple projects
• Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement qualifications are a bonus but not essential
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
