  • User Experience: Advocate for design and usability improvements to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience for both buyers and vendors.
  • Platform Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance key marketplace metrics, including customer retention, vendor engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure features meet high-quality standards before release.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and a customer-first mindset throughout the product lifecycle.
Experience Required:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a start-up, B2B or marketplace environment.
  • Proven ability to gather customer insights and translate them into impactful product improvements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, autonomous.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms for data analysis.
  • Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Desired experience:
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
  • Experience in specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: We offer pay that reflects your skills and the value you bring.
  • Stocked Kitchen: Enjoy snacks, fresh fruit, and drinks all day.
  • 23 Days Annual Leave: Recharge with 23 days off, plus bank holidays.
