We’re looking for a Billing Coordinator Coordinator - Temp to join our Financial Operations team that provides the invoicing and payments function for our clients. This role will primarily support the Billing Team and assist with customer setup in our operations system.
·Data entry into the Gravie’s Billing/Claim System, including employer setup (e.g., billing rates, financial setup)
·Help support the monthly billing process
·Coordinate with other Operation teams to make sure Gravie’s clients are set up properly in Gravie’s systems
·Contribute to various Finance and Accounting projects as needed.
·Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.
·College or University Degree or equivalent
·1 year of relevant work experience
·Proficient in Excel and technology (V-lookups; pivot tables, etc.)
·Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills
·Enjoy working independently with clear deadlines and deliverables
·Ability to work in cross functional teams to provide solutions
