Odoo is looking for one highly motivated and proactive Event Officer to help us organize Business Shows and Academy's training focused on the EA region. As an Event Officer, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all logistical aspects, including venue booking and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams, providing training to prepare them as event presenters.
  • Leading by example—traveling and delivering business presentations to large audiences.
  • Creating and managing event pages while handling promotions through email marketing and social media.
  • Engaging with sponsors and ensuring strong partnerships for successful events.

This position is both creative and rigorous, by nature you need to think outside the box. To be successful, you will have solid organisational skill and a good knowledge of our innovative software.

RESPONSIBILITIES 🤝
  • Organize events from A to Z
  • Train the Sales department
  • Manage marketing campaigns
  • Follow-up customers interests
  • Organize meetings with different departments, get the information
  • Participate in other marketing projects
Must Have 🎯
  • Perfect written and spoken in English
  • Highly creative, autonomous, enthusiastic with a strong character
  • Business knowledge and willingness to learn more about business
  • Solution-oriented and organizational skills
  • Strong interest in IT and in our Software
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite​
Nice to Have 🚀
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in marketing, event or communication)
  • Experience in Marketing or Event
  • French is a plus
  • Can easily adapt to a changing environment
  • Business mindset: attention to details, curious, rigorous
