Job Requirements


Phenom People is looking for an experienced Product Manager, People Operations Analytics to join our Product team in Ambler, PA 19002, USA. This is a full-time position.



The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the analytics strategy for our People Operations team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive analytics roadmap to drive insights and decisions that will enable our People Operations team to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will also be responsible for developing and managing a suite of analytics tools and dashboards to enable the team to make data-driven decisions.



The ideal candidate should have a strong background in analytics, data science, and product management. You should have a passion for data and be able to think strategically and analytically. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities:


• Develop and manage the analytics strategy for our People Operations team

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap to drive insights and decisions

• Develop and manage a suite of analytics tools and dashboards

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors

• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices



Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, and product management

• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to think strategically and analytically

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • 4+ years of experience in product management (within a SaaS env)
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive/prescriptive analytics
  • Knowledge of people analytics best practices and trends.
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling to create and deliver actionable analytics insights
  • Experience in data analytics and data warehousing with strong SQL knowledge
  • Hands-on experiences in a wide range of current and emerging big data, cloud, AI/machine learning, automation, and BI technologies – e.g., Apache Spark, R/Python, AWS/Azure/GCP, Apache Arrow, etc.
  • Passion for driving Decision Intelligence through the creation of analytics products.
