We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer-II with a passion for engineering and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least one year of experience in product quality engineering. The candidate must be willing to work from home and be willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Travel expenses will be paid. They must have managed at least one oversees client and should be ok to work with all genders of human kind.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quality assurance standards for product design and production.,Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.,Conduct quality control tests and inspections.,Analyze and document test results.,Identify and troubleshoot product and production issues.,Monitor product quality and performance.,Perform root cause analysis of product issues.,Provide technical support to internal and external customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.

• Test Management - Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools using techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail and automation
• Implement communication processes with all teams
• Continuous Improvement – Help define, improve and implement test processes and tools
• Coaches and supports team
• Mentor new/other QA members in team
• Define project requirements and deliverables based on scope
• Responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities on assigned projects including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting
• Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports

Skills

• SQL

• Quality assurance methodologies and has awareness of new and emerging technologies and developments

Desired Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Software Development background strongly preferred
• Strong Software Testing and Management knowledge
• Experience building frameworks on top of the regular automation frameworks
• Must have worked on applications or products that required fast delivery
• Thorough understanding of the processes and adaptability for the same
• Good communication skills
