Job Title: Technical Lead – Java (Full-Time) Category: Implementation Department: Implementation Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (candidate must be willing to work from home and relocate to Hyderabad) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead - Java to join our Implementation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software solutions using Java and related technologies. The Technical Lead - Java will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Java and related technologies • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions • Analyze user requirements and develop software solutions to meet those requirements • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions • Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the team • Ensure software solutions adhere to industry best practices and standards • Monitor and maintain software solutions to ensure optimal performance • Troubleshoot and resolve any software issues • Develop and maintain documentation related to software solutions • Remain up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in software development Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in software

● Knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Software Development Life Cycles including Agile and Waterfall

● 6 to 9 years of hands on technical project/program management experience including designing solutions for enterprise environments

● Hands-on technical experience in integrations/data migrations/product provisioning etc.

● Understanding of Java & Web technologies. You are not expected to write code, but you need to understand the technical requirements

● Understanding of common web technologies, SaaS platforms, CMS, and services and a basic understanding of HTML, XML, API, JavaScript, and CSS

● Knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Software Development Life Cycles including Agile and Waterfall

● Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

● High-level understanding of Cloud Computing and hosted applications

● High-level consulting experience, both in terms of business processes and technical SaaS software setup

● Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical and business issues (and solutions) to diverse audiences

● Proven track record in delivering multiple complex software product implementations simultaneously

Nice To Have Skills

● Hands-on technical experience in integrations/data migrations/product provisioning etc.

● Experience with URL Structure, and SOAP UI/Testing Tools, AI and ML.

● Experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management technology and processes

● Direct experience working with Agile SCRUM or Kanban teams

Key Responsibility

● You will be the primary point of contact from Phenom for RX, EX and MX Implementation Dev team for a set of Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform implementations. You will own all facets of service delivery on Phenom’s behalf - including planning, scoping, requirements, timelines, communication, and risk governance - ultimately driving the success of the implementation.

● You will also be deeply involved in training and mentoring our RX, EX and MX Implementation Dev team on an ongoing basis - with the goal to make them self-sufficient in delivering customer projects in its entirety. Moreover, you will internally liaise with appropriate product and engineering teams for delivery of features/functionality that are in early stages of maturity.

● You will be the primary point of contact from Phenom for our partners for a set of partner-led Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform implementations. You will own all facets of service delivery on Phenom’s behalf - including planning, scoping, requirements, timelines, communication, and risk governance - ultimately driving the success of the implementation.

● When delivering products / features in early stages of maturity, you will work with your OGD colleagues in Phenom Advisory along with Product Management to ensure successful delivery for your customer whilst helping gather valuable market readiness insights allowing us to continue to develop and improve our platform.

● Finally, you will also track and communicate project performance to all stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure that deliverables are managed within appropriate risk tolerance levels.
