Phenom People is looking for a talented and experienced Product Development Engineer I to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining products for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain products for our clients

• Design and implement product features and functionality

• Test and debug products

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues

• Work with other departments to ensure product quality

• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements

• Document product development processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in product development

• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• 1+ years of Software Development experience in Core Java, Microservices, Mongo DB, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, Design Patterns
• Strong experience in Coding & Designing
• Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

· Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.
