You will need to manage a minimum of 1 Crore+ pipeline. Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience (ITX) platform is the best HR technology available under the Sun. Your responsibility is to access HR influencers and decision-makers in India to get relevant conversations going.

Once decision makers are identified, you will define and articulate the business opportunities really well. Then forecast ROI and do a product demo to show how all the use cases work. We will help in closing and negotiating your conversations. Your quota will grow year over year and if you achieve it, you will grow with it.

Behaviors-

• Ability to read prospects' behavior is a must. You should gauge whom to persuade, why and whom not to touch. This means closing the deal.
• Have you sold luxury cars, high end real estate, expensive furniture, HNI wealth management products? Then apply.

• To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of sales experience. With that, you should be able to zig zag and sell like crazy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Portray that you are self-motivated, quota driven and results oriented.
• With English, proficiency in multiple regional Indian languages is a plus.
• The position is based out of Hyderabad covering the entire India as territory.

Bachelor's degree mandatory, MBA preferred.
