• Experience in software development, product development organization experience preferred.
• Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design and architecture
• Be able to work independently on a project-by project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea

• 8+ years of Software Development experience Strong in JavaScript, Angular JS/React JS, Mongo DB
• Strong Knowledge and proven experience of Semantic HTML5 and Responsive Cross-Platform CSS
• Knowledge of OOP JavaScript
• Experience in Bootstrap & Responsive Web Design
• Hands-on coding experience mandatory
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing web front end apps using AngularJS 1.x, Grunt, Yeoman, etc.
• Good experience with LESS, SASS, AJAX, REST and JSON
• Experience with development practices such as Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum, or at a minimum, a passion to work in an agile environment.
• Software engineering practices and knowledge of Design Patterns
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Work in an Agile environment with regular team activities
• Working closely with product owners and designers.
• Eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail with a good understanding of UI/UX principles
• All around team player and self-learning individual
• Contributor to open-source projects – a plus
