The Enablement Program Managers (EPM) focus is to understand the competency model of the Revenue roles, skills needed to impact development of competencies, and proactively build the programs impacting Phenom to lead better business outcomes.

You will possess excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to think strategically, manage stakeholders' expectations and coordinate/lead programs to ensure successful impact on up-skilling competencies.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for up-skilling programs aligned to the needs of the Revenue role organization
  • Develops a deep understanding of the stakeholder’s business needs, outcomes, metrics and builds a role specific enablement strategy
  • Create and manage skilling programs aligned to the behaviors and competencies
  • Provide all stakeholders specific enablement content for onboarding and the ramp journey
  • Facilitate all enablement sessions to their assigned stakeholders
  • Coach stakeholder team members on an individual basis
  • Participate and contribute in QBRs/team meetings on enablement updates
  • Assist in Deal Reviews and Planning activities
  • Drive consistent refinement and improvements to the approach based on business needs
  • Drive cross functional collaboration with marketing, product marketing, product management to build the right enablement assets needed to drive up-skilling

Work Experience

What you’ve done

  • 3+ years enablement experience in a scaling SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree and or related experience
  • Has been in a Revenue or a sales organization to understand the roles and responsibilities of the teams within the function
  • Experience delivering on sales methodologies and has enabled teams on it
  • High-level understanding of Cloud Computing and hosted applications
  • Strong experience in asset development and use of enablement technologies
  • Proven track record in having great program management skills and delivery
