Phenom People is seeking a talented and experienced Product Development Engineer I to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

As a Product Development Engineer I, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining products for our Engineering department. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing products to ensure they meet customer requirements and industry standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving product issues.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, as well as experience in product development. You should also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test products to ensure they meet customer requirements and industry standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality.

• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.

• Prepare product documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in product development.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
