Phenom People is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Support team in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and support. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the appropriate departments
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Track customer service metrics and report on trends
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain customer service training materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
