Job Requirements

As the Director, Partnerships for Phenom, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will work closely with our channel partners, including resellers, co-sellers, and other third-party vendors, to promote and sell the Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience Platform. You will also collaborate with our internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective channel sales strategies.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and other third-party vendors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing and sales programs to promote the Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience Platform
  • Provide product training and support to channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of effectively selling Phenom
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement channel sales strategies and initiatives
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote Phenom and build relationships with potential channel partners

Work Experience

What you’ve done

  • 8+ years experience in sales and business development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in channel sales (within HR Tech is an asset)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events
