The Team You’ll Work With
Reporting to the SVP of Growth, you’ll work cross-functionally to shape our team's future, attracting top talent, and maintaining our inclusive, high-performing culture. We are a small but mighty team of ~40, made up of passionate individuals who work hard to help clients solve real-world problems such as increasing user retention, growing sales, and improving marketing efficacy.

The Impact You’ll Have
Qloo invites a dynamic and skilled Recruiting & Office Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruiting and an understanding of Office/People/HR.
Your role will be pivotal in hiring great talent, building company culture, and evangelizing Qloo in the New York City tech ecosystem. We're seeking a candidate who can hit the ground running and immediately add value by blending technical expertise with business acumen.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Immediately Add Value By:
+ Lead and refine the recruitment process, ensuring efficient talent acquisition that aligns with Qloo's values and objectives.
+ Collaborate with different departments to understand their hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions.
+ Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment strategies and support HR practices.
+ Manage office operations, including office events, culture, new perks/benefits, and morale.
+ Stay informed about recruiting trends and best practices to continually improve our workplace environment.
A Successful Match Brings:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 4 - 7 years of experience in recruiting , preferably in a tech-driven environment.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
+ Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and thriving in a fast-paced setting.
+ Prior experience in recruiting, office management, employee development, training, and culture-building initiatives is highly desirable.
+ A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
