You'll work closely with leaders, managers, and our HOTT team, including Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, and your peers in Talent Management, to drive strategic initiatives that will transform our organization and unleash its true potential.

As a Senior Talent Partner at SendCloud, you will:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand the strategic goals and challenges of their departments, providing guidance on people-related matters and contributing to the design and implementation of effective talent strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate discussions around leadership development, coaching, and succession planning, enabling leaders to drive impactful change and build high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders to shape a culture that embraces innovation, collaboration, and diversity, fostering an environment where individuals can thrive and contribute their best work.
  • Drive the design and implementation of talent programs and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and culture transformation.
  • Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into the organization's talent landscape, identifying opportunities for growth, succession planning, and proactive talent management.
  • Act as a change agent, guiding the organization through periods of transformation and helping leaders navigate and manage change effectively.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects within the House of Talent and Technology team, working collaboratively to elevate the impact of HR across the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing your expertise and bringing innovative solutions to the table.
  • Foster a culture of learning and growth within the HR function, encouraging experimentation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
