What you will do in this role 🧐

As Senior UX Researcher, you will be working on the Sendcloud platform and related services. Sendcloud integrates various carriers and e-commerce integrations in a fast and intuitive platform and focuses on streamlining and simplifying the shipping process. We release early and often, while maintaining high quality standards. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for one of our product domains, in which you will become an expert of our user needs and the future steps to add value to our user shipping workflow.

You will work closely with product, design, and other researchers to gather and contextualise user insights in all design stages, from open-ended exploratory research to iterative experiments and usability evaluations. Your successes will lie in turning research activities into appealing, actionable, and self-explanatory deliverables that designers and product managers can run with. You will work closely with designers to create and influence outputs that help teams to visualise a user’s experience with Sendcloud.

We are looking for someone who can focus on the details and get things done in agile fashion, while working on the big picture to move the organisation further towards a mature customer centric culture. A person with good communication skills, a strong knowledge of research and the ambition to take our research practice to the next level is our dream team mate.

• 4 (full-time) years of experience in researching digital products within a multidisciplinary development team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and are able to present research findings with product management, stakeholders, design and development teams.
• Expertise in doing qualitative and/or quantitative research in diverse environments and knowledge of other methodologies to support your core expertise.
• Experience and knowledge of exploratory, generative and evaluative research methods.
• Proven track record uncovering, synthesizing, and distributing impactful insights that advised product strategy and decisions.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional working sessions and/or workshops with peers and partners.
• Curious, flexible, and confident; eager to experiment in approach and methods to find the best and most efficient solution.
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who also believes that we’re better together.

Nice to have 😊

• Experience in working Agile and with Scrum.
• Experience in designing B2B and/or B2B2C solutions.
• Experience in designing solutions for e-commerce
• Some understanding of web technologies to build software
