The Performance Marketing Team is responsible for bringing leads, generating demand, and everything related to paid media. Right now, we are a team of 8 amazing professionals who share the same passion and values:

As Performance Marketing Manager and part of the team, you will:

• Implement paid media strategies and make tactical decisions
• Assist with the creation and optimization of paid media campaigns
• Research market trends and identify new opportunities to test
• Plan and implement experiments
• Work closely with the creative team and creative agencies
• Dive deep into data to analyze the result of the campaigns
• Assist with reporting the campaigns’ performance in various tools

What the ideal candidate for this position should have:

• 2+ year of experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads (other ad systems are considered as a huge plus)
• Experience working with a paid demand generation funnel
• Motivation to learn, grow and not being afraid to fail
• Outstanding self-organization skills (You have a spreadsheet to organize your spreadsheets? Wow!)
• Fluent English and good proficiency with German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch languages (one of those)

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (Content, tools, etc)
• B2B or SaaS experience a plus
• Growth marketing background (CRO, A/B Testing, personalization, enrichment data tools etc.)
• You’re data driven, not afraid to dig into pivot tables to get answers
