We are looking for a Talent Acquistion Specialist that would love to take on the challenge of finding the best talent for our Customer Support teams, and potentially other teams in the future!

We're not looking for a traditional recruiter who just checks off boxes on a list of qualifications. We want someone who can see beyond that and spot the potential in people. Someone who can get creative in finding the right talent and knows that sometimes the best candidates don't fit the mold. We believe that previous experiences and qualifications don't always reflect someone's potential, and we want you to help us find those hidden gems.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be (or become) a master of the following skills:
Creative sourcing: You’re able to think outside the box and find candidates in unexpected places. You are willing to use a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to find the best talent out there.
Building relationships: You'll need to be a natural relationship builder, you should be able to connect with candidates and hiring managers, and build strong relationships with them throughout the recruitment process.
Communication skills: You'll be responsible for communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. You should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
Problem solving: Recruitment can be a tricky business, and you will need to navigate the challenges that come with it. You’re a natural problem solver, with the ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to recruitment challenges.
Teamwork: At Sendcloud, we believe that recruitment is a collaborative effort. You should be a team player who can work closely with hiring managers, other recruiters, and other stakeholders to achieve our recruitment goals.
