  • You are passionate about playing a key role in enabling both Customers and internal stakeholders when it comes to their technical needs and account setup/launch requests.
  • You aim to deliver white-glove customer experience to both new and existing customers on the scope of technical configuration and account management.

  • You thrive on providing timely and accurate responses to customers while anticipating future needs and building confidence in our solutions.
  • You are interested in developing a strong understanding of Sendcloud’s technical setup, pricing systems, and product offerings

  • You are excited about serving as the point of contact and subject matter expert on Sendcloud business, operation, customer enablement, and revenue policies.
  • You love putting yourself in your customer’s shoes, enjoy solving problems, and identifying the root causes of issues.
  • You are passionate about working collaboratively with a highly distributed team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and to drive renewal and expansion of your customer portfolio.

What you’ll need to have to be successful and happy in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • About 5 years of relevant experience gained in supply chain/logistics environment;
  • Excellent customer relationship and management, interpersonal relationships, leadership, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions for Customers.
  • Fluent English and Dutch
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU)
  • Experience in interacting with Enterprise Customers
  • Proven aptitude for navigating through ambiguity
