The life of a Sendcloud Tech Partner Manager 🧐

As a Tech Partner Manager (TPM) you are the magnet that makes everything positive come your way. You are constantly nurturing your ever evolving network with other (online) software solutions. Opening new relationships after every event, warm introduction or cold outreach. You have a holistic view on how the right tech partnerships can extend each other's capabilities and features. Although you are not in a technical role, you are not scared of talking about features, functionalities with a pinch of API.

At Sendcloud we are super proud of our already strong Ecosystem, but we also know there is much much more to add. Together with your fellow TPMs you will constantly review our portfolio, spotting segments (e.g. WMS, ERP or Return Solutions) where we should grow next. You create an action plan and start planting seeds in the big techworld. Once they sprout, you give it love and attention, growing them into an opportunity. If ends meet, a partnership contract will be signed. This is when you start teaming up with the tech-gurus in our team, slowly moving the conversations from commercial to technical.

And then, when the implementation is live and tested, it’s time to kick off the go-to-market and sales enablement efforts. How this looks is all up to your expertise and heavily depends on the type of partnership. But the end goal is always the same, the world needs to know how big of a value this is and start benefiting from it.

Your main focus will be to 🧐

• Continuously use your expertise to find (and finally onboard) new Tech Partners of which our merchants and our Ecosystem would benefit from
• Keep close contact with all existing Tech Partners that you have in your portfolio. From checking in, dreaming about the future to learning from the past
• Attend events with a “wide lens”, opening new connections with like-minded companies and people
• Have constructive sessions with existing Tech Partnerships if results are different than expected, trying to pinpoint a root-cause together
• Guide the roll-out of new Tech Partnerships. From a signed partnership contract to a successfully launched implementation
• Continuously work with the technical side of our team. On new implementations and improving the existing ones
