What you will do in this role 🧐

As a HR Intern at Sendcloud, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and strengthening our employer brand. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment, branding, and human resources, providing valuable insights into the critical functions of talent management within a dynamic team.

• Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and university career fairs.
• Employer Brand Promotion: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging content for recruitment marketing materials, including job postings, social media campaigns, and employee testimonials.
• Candidate Experience: Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, providing timely communication, and gathering feedback.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and organising events.

• You are currently enrolled (or just graduated - “werkervaring”) in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• You have a knack for recruitment, employer branding, and talent management.
• You get excited finding a perfect profile on LinkedIn, or on other (yet to be discovered) social media platforms.
• You love connecting with people and seeing how they can fit in at Sendcloud.
• You know your way around social media and can make a catchy reel or tiktok.
• You’re filled with ideas on how we can attract more great talent and further develop our employer branding.
• You have a can-do attitude and can work with multiple stakeholders to make magic happen.
