What you will do in this role 🧐

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who is looking for a meaty design challenge helping our Automation Domain. It will be your mission to make shipping operations of both small, medium and large merchants smarter and more efficient so that they can worry about growing their business instead of running it. You will be helping e-commerce companies grow their business efficiently by optimising the key pain points in shipping. You’ll be solving hairy problems such as ‘where is my shipment’, unclear invoices and providing insights on how merchants can grow by choosing the best carriers and on how they can squeeze the most juice out of our world class shipping platform.

Within the Automation domain you will work closely together with a fellow product designer and a user researcher. Together you will collaborate with product management, analysts and engineers to gather and contextualise user insights in all design stages, from open-ended exploratory research to iterative experiments and usability evaluations. You will find success in turning research insights and business needs into experiments that validate our riskiest assumptions first. You love end-to-end UX work wherein discovery fuels delivery and delivery fuels discovery.

• You are available to work from our office at least 1 day per week (in Eindhoven HQ).
• You have a history of solving complex customer problems.
• You’re well versed in and enjoy generative and evaluative user research.
• You have a proven track record in co-creating solutions with key stakeholders.
• You are resourceful, self-motivated and adaptive. You own the problems you set out to solve. and you know how to get stakeholders behind your ideas..
• You have a deep understanding of design principles, design systems and design tools, such as Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have 😊

• Experience with B2B/B2B2C/SaaS
• Experience in working Agile and with Scrum.
