This is a hybrid job position based at our HQ in Eindhoven. We expect you to be in the office for key moments of collaboration.

This is what you tell people at parties 👋

At Sendcloud, we are on a mission to solve shipping globally. I help tens of thousands of eCommerce merchants compete with global online retailers. We provide a simple-to-use shipping solution that allows them to optimize their shipping process and delight customers. We are a shipping power-up for merchants.

What you will do in this role 🧐

You will manage our Tracking products, which help merchants and their customers. You will lead the Tracking product within our Applications domain to build the best Tracking offering for SMB merchants. Tracking is a critical part of the post-purchase experience. You save time and money for merchants and delight their customers, increasing merchants' ability to cross-sell and up-sell. You work with multiple teams across domains and departments to make the lives of e-commerce merchants easier and more profitable. We aim to help create the best shipping experience for our customers.

Your number one goal is to build the right product (strategy). You will develop a deep understanding of your target and potential customers, the market, and Sendcloud so the team does the most impactful work (discovery). You will align the company with a postcard of the future (product vision) where your target users’ lives are better if the team does its job well and defines the main things to solve (strategy). You will then turn this into a quarterly plan (roadmap).

You will also ensure that the product is built right (execution). You work with design and research to ensure solutions are usable and engineering to ensure solutions are feasible. You understand and mitigate risks in execution and product launch. When the plan does not work, you adjust it.

You will take people with you by collaborating and communicating exceptionally well (leadership). You influence others through the power of your argument rather than your position or role of authority, but where critical you make the final call on your product. You maximize the impact of yourself and the team by working well with others and avoid moving the problem elsewhere.

Our perfect match 💗

  • You will have built and launched more than one successful product (not features)
  • You can show how you positively changed users'/customers' behavior with data
  • You can demonstrate strategic product thinking and excellent stakeholder communication
  • Experience with experimentation, validation, and metrics
  • You excel in finding a balance between team requirements and customer requirements and balancing quantitative and qualitative data
  • You take feedback well, are coachable, and can talk about what you have learned

You share our core values;

  • 💩 No bullshit: We don’t like big egos. We like honesty, transparency & openness. Share your mistakes with us and learn from them!
  • 🎯 Grow & Win: Keep on learning and improving from each other mistakes and by actively searching for ways to keep on developing your skills
