We're building a creative dream team, and guess what? You could be our next star creative! As a Multimedia Designer within Sendcloud, you play a main role in shaping our creative B2B landscape with the ability to work across multiple media formats.

Based in Eindhoven but open to talents from across Europe, this role requires you to bring your breadth of creative skills to elevate our brand's digital presence. You'll work within our demand creation team and impact how our audience perceives and interacts with our brand.

This creative role is tailored for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and scale-up environment, consistently delivering innovative and effective visual content. From international events and paid campaigns to website redesigns and print work, your designs and video content will not only catch the local eye but also reach a global audience.

Key Responsibilities 💗

• Creative Assets: Utilize brand books and playbooks to develop a variety of digital and print assets, including motion graphics and video edits for social media content, advertisements, and web design elements like landing pages.
• Campaign Development: Design impactful creative campaigns that elevate our brand in the B2B e-commerce industry, aligning closely with marketing objectives and unified brand messaging.
• Event Design: Conceptualize, design, and develop printed materials and assets for our trade shows and booths.
• Studio Production: Work with our Sr. Media Producer and make use of our fully equipped creative studio to produce marketing content that captures our brand’s essence and audience.
• Design System Innovation: Drive the implementation, evolution, and continuous improvement of the Sendcloud design system, working with other designers and creative team members.
• Brand Guardian: Act as a guardian of Sendcloud’s visual identity, ensuring all creative outputs consistently reflect and enhance the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Creative Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions that transform creative concepts into practical and effective designs.
• Format Innovation: Challenge traditional creative formats by experimenting with new techniques to keep our design approach vibrant and contemporary.
• Tech Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on design technology and creative tools to make sure our creative work remains top-notch.
• Data-Driven: Use a data-driven approach to continuously test and refine visual elements, maximizing their effectiveness and ROI.
• 2-week sprints: Able to work efficiently on multiple projects at various stages of the design cycle, delivering high-quality creative outputs within 2-week sprints.

Our ideal Multimedia Designer 💗

• You have a high standard for creative excellence.
• 5+ years in a dynamic agency or in-house brand studio, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, motion graphics, video production, print and creative concepting.
• Excellent working knowledge and fluent in the adobe creative suite for content creation - After Effects, Premier Pro
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Strong video editing and motion design skills, preferably with experience in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
• Skilled in crafting interactive elements that enhance user engagement and amplify campaign success.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively, adapting to diverse creative requests and challenges.
• Your brain is wired for design, typography, and storytelling – basically, you’re a visual poet.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• An eagle eye for detail – nothing gets past you, not even a pixel out of place.
• You get bonus points if you’ve wowed the B2B world before.
• A big plus if you know the ins and outs of AI.
