As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Sendcloud, you'll take charge of managing and overseeing payroll processing and benefits administration. Your role ensures accurate and timely payments to employees while also processing our benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.


What you will do in this role 🧐

  1. Payroll Processing:
    • Efficiently process payroll using ADP Celergo, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for our 4 entities in The Netherlands, Germany, France and UK.
    • Calculate wages, deductions, and allowances in accordance with company policies.
    • Verify and reconcile payroll data to maintain compliance with regulations.
    • Address employee inquiries or discrepancies related to payroll promptly and professionally.
  2. Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
    • Facilitate new hire enrollment and manage changes to employee benefits status.
  3. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations at all levels.
    • Assist with audits related to payroll and benefits administration.
    • Generate reports on payroll metrics and benefits utilization for analysis.

What the ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, supplemented with a completed PDL education or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration for The Netherlands; payroll knowledge for Germany, France or UK is a plus.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, preferably experience with ADP Celergo, and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and benefits laws for the Netherlands
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
