What you will do in this role 🧐
We are looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Team Lead to join our team and spearhead our efforts in expanding our enterprise client base. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategies to meet ambitious sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction within the sales journey among large-scale clients. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of enterprise sales dynamics.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives and BDR’s to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and set individual and team goals to drive consistent results.

Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative sales environment.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and expand our enterprise client base.

Analyse industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and adjust tactics to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Set and monitor sales KPIs and metrics, ensuring team alignment with the organisation’s growth objectives.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

Act as an escalation point to resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Leverage insights from client feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and customer experience.

Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings, campaigns, and customer support.

Collaborate with management to provide insights, forecast sales, and contribute to quarterly and annual sales planning.

Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to team members to keep their sales skills sharp and product knowledge up-to-date.

Implement best practices in enterprise sales techniques, objection handling, and solution-based selling.

Track team performance metrics, sales activities, and pipeline health.

Generate and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Manage the sales forecast, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives.

5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role

Experience in sales for e-commerce is an advantage

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within enterprise sales

Strong knowledge of sales principles, particularly in the enterprise/B2B sector, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.

Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and developing sales professionals to achieve top performance.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.

Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor sales performance and forecast outcomes.

Ability to think strategically, make quick decisions, and solve complex problems effectively
