What you will do in this role 🧐As a Commercial Analyst, you will be a key player in Sendcloud’s newly formed Monetisation Team, driving the success of both our customers and the company. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning, making this role essential to Sendcloud’s long-term strategy. Together, we’ll create a win-win for our customers and the business.
With your strong analytical skills and commercial mindset, you’ll transform data into actionable insights to enhance our subscription offerings and transactional business models. Balancing strategic vision with a hands-on approach, you will set and optimise pricing strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver measurable value.
Collaboration will be central to your success. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Finance to align monetisation strategies and drive tangible business outcomes. Taking an entrepreneurial approach, you’ll identify, own, and execute impactful initiatives—starting small, delivering quickly, and scaling based on proven results.
Your ability to connect the dots between customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor positioning will help Sendcloud maintain its competitive edge. By analysing customer behaviour and conducting market research, you’ll identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that directly contribute to business growth and value.

- You hold a master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics or Mathematics.
- You have 3–5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or a related role, focusing on driving commercial success.
- Experience with SaaS pricing strategy is a strong plus.
- You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication to translate data into actionable insights.
- You bring a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- You have experience with pricing tools, market research, and competitor analysis.
- You are familiar with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
- You are excited to drive impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You reside in the Netherlands and hold a valid working visa.
