🔑 The Opportunity
Virtuo Partners empowers independent fleet partners under the Virtuo brand. We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to build and grow a vibrant community of professional fleet partners across the UK. This role focuses on supporting partners, helping them achieve their goals, and expanding their fleets with Virtuo.
🎯 Your Missions
Lead Generation: Create a pipeline by generating a list of leads interested in joining the project
Community Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and existing partners through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings
Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new partners in targeted regions, including fleet setup, training, and sourcing of parking and vehicles
Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with partners through regular communication, including meetings, newsletters, and training sessions
Revenue Generation: Support revenue growth by analysing partner performance and implementing strategies for improvement in pricing, customer experience, and vehicle models
Lead Generation: Create a pipeline by generating a list of leads interested in joining the project
Advocacy and Support: Act as the primary liaison between partners and Virtuo, addressing challenges and facilitating solutions to enhance partner satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other Virtuo departments (operations, product, customer experience) to ensure an exceptional experience for both customers and partners
🌟 This Role Is Perfect for You If:
Energetic individual with a sales mentality, eager to work in a dynamic organisational environment
English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging both internal teams and external stakeholders (French and/or Spanish it’s a plus)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating strong organisational skills and effective prioritisation
⚡Offer Details:
6-month contract with the option to start immediately
Hybrid work model: 2-3 office days per week in a central London co-working space with amenities like a gym and outdoor areas
Salary range: £29,000 to £32,000 per annum, based on experience
