Within the marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing the animation plan for our B2C clients, with the aim of conversion and loyalty, and in compliance with the allocated schedules.

🎯 Your missions:

Build & plan the CRM Calendar in collaboration with the mktg team

Briefing and monitoring of the email creation process

Creation of responsive design campaigns in HTML

Validation and routing of campaigns (e-mailings, push notification, In-App) from Leanplum/Clevertap

Automating recurring campaigns

Redesign of templates and campaign planning

Implementation of A/B tests (creatives, objects, targeting, etc.)

Creation of new triggers (customer journey, scenario)

Weekly reports (e-mail KPIs)

Recommendations to improve campaign performance to all stakeholders

You know how HMTL for email works

You always meet with deadlines while handling several project

You’re eager to collaborate with a multicultural team and also manage topic on your own

You speak English fluently and know a second language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)

You have already used a CRM tool (ex: Leanplum, Mailchimp, Braze, Emarsys,...)

You had first internship/apprenticeship in CRM/Webmarketing
